 – IDENTIFY MEDIA SPECIFIC MEDIA CHANNELS, RESEARCH MEDIA OUTLETS FOR COST, REACH, REQUESTING MAXIMUM ADDED VALUE OPPORTUNITIES

 – CREATE AND INITIATE THE PROPOSED MEDIA BUY BASED ON MAXIMUM REACH, COST EFFICIENCIES, AND ADDED VALUE OFFERED

MEDIA PRODUCTION:
ELEVATE MARKETING WILL DEVELOP THE CREATIVE MATERIALS NECESSARY TO EFFECTIVELY AND PERSONALLY ENGAGE IDENTIFIED PERSONAS. EACH FAIR OFFERING WILL HAVE ITS’ OWN CREATIVE DEVELOPED INCLUDING TV, RADIO, SOCIAL, DIGITAL, E-MAIL, AND PRINT.

WE WILL MAKE THE RECOMMENDED WEBSITE CHANGES ON THE COLORADO STATE FAIR SITE, ADD DATA CAPTURE, CONNECT THE DATA CAPTURE TO E-MAIL SOFTWARE, AND ADD A NEWS PAGE THAT IS CONNECTED TO A CONTENT AGGREGATOR.

SOCIAL:
A DIGITAL PUBLISHING PLATFORM CONNECTED TO EXISTING AND NEW SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS WILL BE DEVELOPED FOR PUBLISHING SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZED BLOGS AND SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS ACROSS THE INTERNET TO INCREASE ENGAGEMENT, DRAMATICALLY IMPACT ORGANIC TRAFFIC, AND IMPROVE SEARCH RANKINGS.

E-MAIL:
WE CREATE AUTOMATED E-MAIL MESSAGES TO MOVE LEADS TO SALES. WE WILL CREATE E-MAIL CAMPAIGNS FOR THE EXISTING LISTS, AS WELL AS DRIP CAMPAIGNS FOR NEW SUBSCRIBERS. WE WILL CREATE MONTHLY NEWSLETTERS TO ENHANCE BRAND AWARENESS AND FAIR AFFINITY AS A SOURCE OF EDUCATION AND VALUE YEAR ROUND. THIS WILL BE REPLICATED ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
